Propulsion at sales point

The terminal at the sales point. The cord for the catapult was not fitted up. The car could be propelled by visitors pressing a button. It was pulled along the wire by an extra cable (which can be seen on the picture on the right) and an electric motor.

Propulsion at cashier's point

The terminal at the cashier's end. The bent strut is not typical of Rapid Wire systems - perhaps it was done to save space. The cord is missing completely at this end.
